Requirements
Knowledge of the contact center industry is a MUST HAVE **
AWS ecosystem knowledge
AWS Certifications are even better.
Experience with AWS Connect is a huge plus
Certified Scrum Master, SAFe certification
Experience managing complex technology projects in/for large organizations
