Support the Private Infrastructure Partnership investment team in sourcing, evaluating, executing, and monitoring non-control private infrastructure investments
Take an active role in the day-to-day assessment and execution of investment opportunities
Drive key analytical and diligence workstreams and help move transactions through the investment process from initial review to closing and ongoing portfolio monitoring
Build, review, and refine financial models across a range of transaction types
Conduct detailed quantitative and qualitative due diligence by reviewing financial, legal, and commercial materials
Support live transaction execution by coordinating diligence workstreams and managing follow-up items
Support portfolio monitoring and asset management after closing by updating valuation and return models
Maintain effective working relationships with fund managers, portfolio company management teams, financial advisors, and intermediaries
Requirements
4–6 years of relevant work experience in a transaction-focused environment such as infrastructure investing, private equity, private market secondaries, principal investing, investment banking, M&A, or transaction advisory
Hands-on exposure to financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, transaction execution, investment committee materials, and transaction presentations
Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities, including the ability to build models from scratch and independently assess valuation and return outcomes across different transaction structures
Strong understanding of core investment and valuation concepts such as DCF, IRR, MOIC, cash flow forecasting, sensitivity analysis, leverage, capital structure, and risk assessment
Ability to analyze investment opportunities with incomplete or imperfect information and develop a structured recommendation
Review and interpret financial statements, legal and fund documentation, commercial diligence reports, and asset-level operating data
Strong analytical, numerical, and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise, and decision-useful investment materials
High attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines
Strong academic credentials in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline
