About this role

Support the Content and Market Management team with developing consulting programs and setting up international consulting projects.
Help to manage work packages within individual projects.
Assist with steering rollouts of consulting projects running in more than 30 countries.
Contribute to realizing inspiring and innovative market exchange formats, like our yearly market conference.

Studies in business administration, economics, management or a related field.
Above-average academic achievements.
Strong analytical skills and quick learning ability.
High resilience and flexibility when dealing with cross-functional teams and group projects.
Creativity and readiness to develop new and innovative ideas.
Communicative personality and ability to work effectively in virtual teams.
Advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Fluent English skills; German and further language skills desirable.
