Role Overview

• Professional of the CONTRACTED COMPANY who acts as a servant leader, responsible for helping the Team organize to deliver better results by removing impediments and ensuring respect for agile values and adherence to ceremonies.

Requirements

• Completed higher education (bachelor's degree and/or postgraduate — lato sensu and/or stricto sensu) in Information Technology.
• Professional experience in the technical IT area and experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Hold one of the certifications listed in the List of Required Certifications; accepted certifications for the Scrum Master (only one is required):

a) Scrum Alliance: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO); b) Scrum.org: Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO); c) EXIN: Agile Scrum Foundation, Agile Scrum Master or Agile Scrum Product Owner; d) PMI: Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
