Leading process improvement initiatives, data management activities, and digital solution implementation using CORE methodologies
Execution of Finance roadmap activities, definition of system and automation requirements
Support of data and analytics activities, and coordinate training activities for Finance personnel on digital tools
Lead a team of 14 Finance professionals supporting process improvements, digital solutions, and business intelligence deliverables for Finance stakeholders
Develop and lead the Finance roadmap strategy activities including harmonization, integration, and automation of Finance processes across the program lifecycle
Requirements
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Business, or a related field and a minimum of 10 years of finance or related business experience; or an advanced degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience
Use of enterprise tools and systems including SAP (APEX/PRISM), BW reporting, Snowflake/SQL, PowerBI or Tableau, and Alteryx or Matillion
Leading cross-functional or matrixed teams, including planning, task assignment, and delivery tracking
Implementation of automation and digital tools to support process execution and reduce manual activities
