Lead execution of analysis to identify potential growth opportunities for merged firms
Leverage analyses to help lead working sessions with merged firm leaders and partner base to assess potential opportunities and align on focus areas
Support development of Strong Start growth plans for each merged firm
Support refinement of processes and dashboards/reports to monitor and ensure execution against Strong Start growth plans
Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories
Proactively identify gaps, risks, and process improvements
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology adoption
Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in relevant technologies
Requirements
4+ years of related experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build consensus and drive change.
Hands-on experience working with agile teams, including backlog management and continuous delivery models (Kanban experience strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of agile principles and the ability to adapt practices pragmatically to fit team and organizational needs.
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize work in fast-changing environments with competing demands.
Skilled at influencing without authority and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
Keen attention to detail, problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
Experience documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills, and experience with project management software and data visualization tools.
