Internal Consulting: Conduct process discovery and mapping (AS-IS and TO-BE), identifying gaps and proposing automated solutions within financial and tax modules.
Level 3 Support: Work on high-complexity tickets, performing debugging and root-cause analysis to ensure operational continuity.
Strategic Implementation: Lead the deployment of new modules or functionalities, ensuring the system fully complies with legal requirements.
Tax Transition: Act as a key contributor in planning for the Tax Reform, configuring and testing new tax models within Protheus.
Requirements
Core Backoffice: Full mastery of the SIGAFAT, SIGAFIN, SIGACOM, SIGAEST, SIGAFIS and SIGACTB modules.
Infrastructure and Technology: Experience with AppServer/SmartClient, applying patches, updating Dictionaries, LIB and basic ADVPL knowledge (for reading code and small adjustments).
Tax Domain: Deep knowledge of TSS, TAF and the SPED structures. Proficiency in tax calculation rules for direct and indirect taxes (PIS, COFINS, CSLL, ISS, ICMS, ICMS-ST).
Version Management: Proven experience executing the complete UPDDISTR process for release migrations and dictionary updates.
Tax Intelligence: Theoretical and practical understanding of the transition to IBS, CBS and NBS.
Advanced Tools: Proficiency with the Tax Configurator to provide business-rule flexibility without relying solely on customizations.
