Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code in languages like Java, Python, and Typescript
Craft and build web interfaces in frameworks such as React and Angular
Design automated monitoring and alerting via cloud platforms and services
Implement AI workflows into software development lifecycle and craft guidelines for efficient, response use across the entire Operations Technology organization
Champion operational excellence by reducing technical debt, maintaining low ticket counts, ensuring high availability, minimizing mean time to recovery, and implementing extensive monitoring and alarms
Lead technical design reviews across the organization building repeatable processes and mechanisms to scale software delivery
Mentor more junior software developers

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of experience writing and deploying software in production environments
Established background in researching and incorporating modern AI/ML tools
Demonstrated understanding of deploying web interfaces using React
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Proficient in deployment services like git, Docker, or Kubernetes
Strong project management skills capable of leading multiple priorities
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and cross-team collaboration
Experience mentoring software engineers
