Role Overview
- To support operations in complex trouble shooting, unit performance assurance and optimization
- Long term improvements and studies development
- Justified Customer complaint handling by investigation and conducting RCAs
- Non-justified customer complaint handling by verifying the complaint
- New grade introductions
- Existing grade improvement
- Trials of new Catalysts/Additives & Donor, Packaging material
- Resolution of Quality complaints in suppliers Catalyst, Additives and Donor
- Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports
- Lab analysis of Customer complaint samples
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Petrochemicals/Polymers
- Good knowledge of international standards, codes and regulations
- Good knowledge of Company policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of Process and process Safety best practices
- Computer literate and hands on experience in applicable software
- Knowledgeable of PP UNIPOL gas-Phase Process control and APC
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of Quantitative Risk Assessment QRA and ALARP
- Capable to build organization competency and capability per OMS/MEM’s expectations
