Role Overview
Manages team(s) of engineers, technology specialists, and service delivery resources to coordinate development and execution of customer-centric, enterprise-wide approaches
Assists PM and technical leads in overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle
Responsible for team compliance with enterprise vision and governance policies/procedures/regulations
Directs the development, implementation, and maintenance of the continuous requirement process for Tech Refresh of hardware
Ensures high-quality delivery through collaborative customer and team processes, reviews, and demonstrations
Fosters open communication and collaboration to all levels of team structure
Champions IT/IM service delivery standards and values across the enterprise
Oversees quantifiable Continual Service Improvement (CSI) efforts
Provides guidance and support for improved IT management and control
Creates required documentation, reports, and data adhering to schedule, format, and content requirements specified by the contract
Requirements
Must be a US Citizen
Must hold a current Top Secret/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain Poly
Experience leading programs or projects of organizational significance
An AS/AA and 14+ years of experience, BS/BA and 12+ years of experience, MS/MA and 10+ years of experience, or PhD and 8+ years of experience
Current DoD 8140 – IAT II Certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+)
Willingness to learn new skills and new technologies.
