Leading or supporting enterprise‑scale CLM transformation initiatives across industries
Acting as a trusted advisor to client Legal, Procurement, IT, and Business stakeholders
Leading requirements discovery, business process analysis, and target‑state design
Translating business objectives into structured functional and technical specifications
Collaborating with technology vendors and internal delivery teams during solution selection and implementation
Supporting platform configuration, testing, training, change management, and go‑live activities
Providing post‑implementation advisory support and continuous improvement recommendations
Requirements
Solid experience in contract lifecycle management, with a strong understanding of key CLM processes (authoring, negotiation, approvals, execution, obligation management, renewals, reporting)
Proven background in consulting or project‑based environments, working with multiple senior stakeholders across Legal, Procurement, IT, and Business
Hands‑on experience with at least one enterprise CLM platform (e.g. Icertis, Sirion, Agiloft, Conga, Coupa, SAP Ariba, DocuSign CLM, ServiceNow for Legal, low‑code platforms)
Ability to lead requirements discovery, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into clear user stories or functional specifications
