Requirements
Overall 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Core Salesforce CRM.
Subject Matter Expert knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM.
Hands-on experience as a full-stack developer for Salesforce Marketing Cloud creating personalized, dynamic messages, landing pages, SQL, and is experienced with data configuration, manipulations and advance segmentation.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud data and journeys, including advanced SQL and data objects for segmentation and troubleshooting, a clear understanding of the platform dependencies that enable personalization and reporting
Proven expertise designing and executing customer journeys using Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and CloudPages.
Should have experience in Sales or Service cloud, with experience in Salesforce Admin capabilities like Data Model, Security model, lightning pages, flows etc.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM integrations, including designing and supporting MQL‑to‑SQL lead journeys, working with Leads, Contacts, Campaigns, and Campaign Members in Salesforce, and ensuring seamless data flow and alignment between marketing automation and sales processes.
Ability to evaluate implementations and provide optimizations and improvements if applicable.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience creating technical documentation, including technical specifications, test plans, and user guides.
Understanding of Marketing & Sales ways of working in the B2B Financial Services Industry.
Proactive and self-starting demeanor with the ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating remotely.
Ability to set the right expectations on effort and timelines required to meet business requirements.
