3+ years of experience in growth, commercial analytics, or experimentation-focused roles
Proven ability to translate data and insights into actions that improve conversion, revenue, or customer outcomes
Strong hands-on experience working with data using SQL and BigQuery to support analysis and experimentation
Deep understanding of experimentation and optimization: A/B testing, segmentation, and targeting strategies
Ability to design and manage analysis-ready datasets and queries
Experience defining audiences, prioritization logic, and requirements for activation across sales channels
Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify opportunities for commercial impact
Collaborative approach to working with sales and marketing teams
Commitment to data quality, documentation, and ensuring data is fit for purpose
