Partner with the Product and Data teams to clean, organize, and analyze large volumes of data, developing innovative models, datasets, and visualizations.
Demonstrate strong statistical thinking, proficiency in data visualization and large-scale data processing.
Contribute to projects under the guidance of senior data scientists.
Make informed business and technology trade-off recommendations when appropriate.
Stay current on advancements in the field to deliver state-of-the-art solutions.
Communicate key insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science or a related quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, etc.).
2 years of relevant industry or graduate research experience applying statistical, machine learning, or analytical methods.
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, NLP/LLMs, algorithms, and handling large datasets.
Proficient in data visualization and business productivity tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, project management and reporting tools).
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences; strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated adaptability, collaborative teamwork, and a proactive, positive approach to learning and problem-solving.
