Role Overview
- Lead Sumsub’s web vision as Web Design Team Lead.
- Champion the creative vision and strategic direction of Sumsub's web presence.
- Inspire and mentor the Web Design team, setting ambitious quality benchmarks.
- Define and execute a comprehensive web design strategy.
- Leverage analytics and user insights to optimize the website for growth.
- Work as the bridge between the design team and Web Developers.
- Establish and uphold the Web Design System.
- Clearly articulate the "why" behind web design decisions to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years specializing in web design.
- 2+ years of experience leading a Web Design team.
- A deep understanding of web fundamentals (HTML/CSS).
- Master-level proficiency in Figma, specifically in building and maintaining complex component libraries.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or VWO for design validation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, UI/UX, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent in English (C1 or higher).
