Facilitate regional demand planning meetings to capture input from marketing, sales & Offering Management
Validate or adjust the baseline statistical forecasts to reflect the Regional sales leaders input including won/lost customer demand, other customer and competitor behavior
Review Salesforce.com data with sales teams to determine appropriate adjustments that reflect un-forecasted demand spikes
Document major risks and assumptions in consensus demand plan (CDP), including the coordination of new products, projects, promotions, events and/or customer planning activities.
Develops a volume and value$ demand forecast at multiple levels of aggregation with a min of 12-18 months’ time horizon and makes CDP (Consensus Demand Plan) recommendations
Understand and document gaps between Consensus Demand Plan v AOP
Collaborates with CI teams in order to understand market evolution and incorporates market leading indicators to demand planning process
Maintains FG SIOP Classification and drives Portfolio Rationalization.
Work with Sales & Marketing to provide root cause analysis and corrective actions to continually improve demand forecast accuracy (wMAPA, BIAS)
Partner with SIOP process team and supply planners to facilitate maximum customer satisfaction, stakeholder satisfaction and financial performance.
Partner with the SBG COE team to adopt Honeywell GDM policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, accounting, operations management, marketing or supply chain management
2-5 years of experience in operations planning/scheduling, materials management or Sales Inventory & Operations Planning or related supply chain functional area.
Experience with a Demand Planning tool (Rapid Response SAP APO module, Forecast Pro).
Experience with SAP ERP systems
Proficient in Microsoft applications. Especially Excel and Power Point
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate.
Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers.
