Role Overview
- Deliver high-quality claim handling and customer service in line with internal guidelines.
- Collaborate on the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures, system and tool enhancements, and testing/piloting changes.
- Gain and apply comprehensive knowledge of claim line of business and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely claim setup, assigning new claims to handlers as appropriate.
- Properly identify and manage claim documents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in claims handling, claims operations, insurance, or reinsurance.
- Hands-on exposure to end-to-end claims processing, including claim setup, documentation review, and coordination with claim handlers.
- Experience working with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements related to claims management.
- English fluent required/mandatory.
