Provides professional project management experience to designated projects and assignments
Interacts with client representatives onsite and coordinates with management teams
Monitors and coordinates the execution of various services and processes
Prepares agendas, develops and maintains master project budgets and timelines
Keeps building management apprised of progress
Prepares and coordinates project reports and drawing reviews
Assists in selection, contracting process, and oversight of consultants
Reviews requisitions, change orders, and other invoices associated with the project
Supports marketing of services to clients as requested
Adheres to corporate, building, and client policies and procedures
Maintains high qualitative and quantitative standards of work performance

B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management a plus
Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
Minimum of 5 years project management experience required
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred
Experience in industrial or manufacturing a plus
