About this role
Role Overview
- You'll join Celara to help an established business go all-in on agentic AI to transform how their team works.
- You'll own product features end-to-end on their AI-powered platform.
- You'll be expected to lead through to a solution with flexibility and confidence.
- Some days you're deep in React; some days you're tracing product flows end-to-end; some days you're poking at SQL Server queries or wiring up Azure / OpenAI / Anthropic infra.
Requirements
- 5+ years building production web apps; track record of owning what you ship
- Strong React + TypeScript fundamentals
- Comfortable with REST APIs, Jest, and SQL basics
- Current with agentic AI development — Claude Code, Codex, MCP, building tools
- Curious generalist — you don't need to be an Azure or SQL Server expert, but you should be able and willing to learn, dig in and figure things out
- Self-directed; happy in a small team where roles are fluid
- Strong English, spoken and written.
Nice to have: Python/Django, Azure, Docker/CI/CD in production.
