Deliver end-to-end design work across multiple projects, from initial brief through to final UI and developer handoff
Translate business requirements and user needs into clear, intuitive, and user-focused design solutions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to a consistently high standard
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive work forward effectively
Use research, data, and insight to inform design decisions and continuously improve outputs

Experience designing digital products across web, iOS and Android
Strong UX and interaction design skills
Sharp eye for UI detail
Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
Solid understanding of user needs and application of research and data to inform decisions
Familiarity with design systems
Strong communication skills
Ability to clearly articulate design rationale
