Build expertise in local regulations shaping cross-border distribution of UCITS and AIF worldwide;
Contributing to the continuous maintenance and development of the department’s regulatory database;
Interpret applicable rules for funds marketed across multiple jurisdictions;
Advise on regulatory changes and their business implications;
Support client projects;
Foster strong client relationships with asset managers while growing our network;
Leverage AI tools to automate processes, boost quality, and enhance client satisfaction;
Collaborate on preparing service offerings and contribute to business development initiatives.
Requirements
Hold a Master’s degree in law, economics or business administration
Demonstrate a good knowledge of EU regulations on investment funds
Nice to have: experience in project management of regulatory changes
Be a good team player but also able to work autonomously
Be flexible and able to work with tight deadlines
Show excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Be fluent in English – any other language is an advantage.
