Develop and maintain complete knowledge of Mondelēz International, primarily Nabisco products
Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
Perform in-store planning tailored to customer's needs
Develop strong business relationships with store management
Work with customers to ensure sufficient product is ordered
Communicate plans and manage merchandising resources to build sales volume
Monitor and report on competitive activity and document all pricing activities.

Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Springfield, IL.
Ability to drive to secondary locations: Taylorville, IL.
Full schedule availability required. Monday
