You manage day-to-day financial accounting, including accounts payable and accounts receivable; you code documents and post payments.
You prepare invoices, check them, follow up on outstanding items and send polite but firm payment reminders.
Preparatory payroll tasks, expense and hours control, and preparation of changes for the fiduciary/accounting firm.
You prepare VAT returns and support the fiduciary/auditor with accurate documentation.
Calendars, appointments, correspondence, mail and filing — you free management to focus on core tasks.
You handle calls from customers, partners and suppliers in a friendly and professional manner.
You identify bottlenecks and bring structure to our administrative processes.
Requirements
Commercial apprenticeship (KV) or equivalent, ideally with further training in finance and accounting (e.g., accounting clerk).
Several years of professional experience in accounting and/or executive assistance — you know accounts payable, accounts receivable, VAT and payroll preparation inside out.
Confident user of MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with accounting software (Bexio, Abacus, Sage, etc.) is an advantage.
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
