Senior Brand Management Platform Engineer

Role Overview

• As a Senior Brand Management Platform Engineer you are the technical core of our implementation services around brand management systems such as Frontify and Papirfly.
• You treat platforms not as a tool but as a product: you develop standards, build integrations, automate processes and create the technical foundation for brand management to function cleanly within large organizations.
• You work closely with our software providers, our team (Account, PM, Brand Consultants) and the client stakeholders.
• Technical conception, setup and further development of brand management platforms (in particular Frontify & Papirfly)
• Building scalable guideline and DAM structures including taxonomy, metadata model, naming conventions and governance
• Configuration and optimization of role/permission management and workflows (including approval logics)
• Planning and implementation of integrations between brand management systems and adjacent tools
• Building API interfaces, webhooks and automations (e.g. for asset flows, approvals, sync logic)
• Support with SSO/identity topics (e.g. Azure AD/Okta), depending on the client environment
• Technical coordination with providers and client IT (feasibility, specifications, roadmaps)
• Support in building a stable delivery model for AVERIQ consultants (processes, quality, efficiency)
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of AI-supported processes in the context of content, structuring, asset management and automation

Requirements

• Several years of experience implementing and technically supporting digital platforms (e.g. brand management, DAM, CMS, MarTech)
• Very good understanding of system architectures, integration logic and process design
• Solid technical know-how around: > APIs (REST), Webhooks, data models > Automations (low-code/no-code or scripting-based) > Structuring content/asset ecosystems > Microsoft Visual Studio Code > Node.js & Docker
• Experience with Frontify, Papirfly, Bynder or similar is helpful but not mandatory (transferable skills count)
• Very good knowledge of common CMS systems is required
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
