Review sales deals to ensure compliance with pricing policies and provide guidance on deal structure to optimize revenue and minimize risk.
Assist with ensuring the pricing proposal and deal terms are accurate.
Assist in reviewing pricing proposal materials and ensuring that proposals are tailored to meet client’s needs while aligning with the Fiserv solution offerings.
Work closely with sales, finance, legal, and other departments to streamline the deal process and ensure timely response to internal and external clients.
Ensure deals comply with revenue recognition guidelines and legal requirements.
Manage the entire pricing deal process from client request to contract closeout.
Track deal metrics and trends, providing insights to stakeholders on deal performance and potential areas for improvement.
Requirements
Recent graduate of bachelor's degree program in finance, accounting, and/or equivalent experience
Proficient experience in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Professional
Ability to manage and prioritize competing demands during end of month, end of quarter and end of year
Strong writing experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to understand and articulate client’s business requirements and synthesis from multiple sources into a cohesive and persuasive final proposal
Strong problem-solving skills with focus on attention to detail
Ability to interact and build relationships with various levels across the organization
1-2 years of experience with financial institution account processing systems
Deal Desk, Finance Operations, Sales Operations, or Pricing (great to have)
1-2 years of experience in financial modeling and analysis, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) (great to have)
Proficiency in sales processes, pricing strategies, and contract terms (great to have)
