Identify users' pain points and needs and propose efficient, creative alternatives that deliver value.
Monitor the progress of deliveries with a focus on quality and agreed deadlines.
Analyze issues and improvement suggestions reported by users.
Assist in planning and prioritizing the team's work and requests.
Work on the continuous improvement of initiatives together with PMs (Product Management Analysts) and BSAs.
Interact with partners and stakeholders to ensure the progress of initiatives.
Support the definition of product and system features.
Understand user journeys and translate them into development user stories.
Together with the PM, participate in aligning and detailing the team's roadmap.
Provide the team with inputs to support day-to-day decision-making in system and product development.
Evaluate market best practices with a focus on innovation.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Knowledge of insurance products
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, and/or others)
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and partners
