Lead the end-to-end design, analysis, and optimization of business processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align process improvements with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
Identify, assess, and resolve complex business process challenges, driving sustainable improvements and measurable business outcomes.
Oversee governance frameworks and ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement performance management systems to monitor key process metrics, ensuring accountability and continuous optimization.
Prepare and present detailed reports, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership on process performance and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience leading the complete Record to Report, Subledger and Management Reporting processes
Demonstrated understanding of ERP systems (such as SAP S/4 Hana, SAP FPSL/Bank Analyzer, BW4HANA)
Experience leading multiple, cross-functional projects, identifying and implementing process improvements, designing, implementing, and testing processes and controls for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation projects.
