Analysis of Technical Regulations: Support the analysis of technical regulations for materials and medications published by ANS, and disseminate this information to the Unimed System in accordance with the determinations of technical committees.
Budget Management: Contribute to the preparation and management of the annual budget for administrative expenses related to the processes under your responsibility, collecting information and preparing reports to support decision-making.
Monitoring the TNUMM: Monitor the National Table of Materials and Medications (TNUMM), extracting and critically analyzing data to identify discrepancies such as additions, removals, and changes, and validating information for subsequent dissemination to the Unimed System.
Project Management: Manage project schedules related to the TNUMM, gathering information and preparing management reports.
Technical Support: Consolidate public consultations from the Unimed System, provide initial technical responses to requests related to the TNUMM, and refer more complex cases to the responsible consultants.
Contract Maintenance: Perform maintenance of contracts related to the area of responsibility, including renewal processes, payments, and administrative controls.
Monitoring Regulatory Decisions: Monitor decisions from regulatory bodies such as ANVISA and ANS by consulting their official channels and reporting those decisions to the responsible advisory team.
Document Preparation: Prepare communications, agendas, minutes, bulletins, and other documents related to Technical Committee meetings and the TNUMM for the Unimed System.
Management of Technical Requests: Track technical requests from meetings, compile data, direct them to the responsible consultants, and report back on committee deliberations to the Unimed System.
Requirements
Completed higher education (university degree).
Previous experience in hospital pharmacy, medication management, or related areas, with a focus on technical analysis and control of materials and medications.
Regulatory and normative knowledge: Familiarity with regulations and normative acts from bodies such as ANS and ANVISA, as well as the standards governing materials and medications used in the healthcare system.
Organization and project management: Ability to manage project schedules and produce accurate and efficient management reports.
Contract management: Experience in maintaining and controlling administrative contracts, including renewal and payment processes for OPMEs and materials.
Preferred qualifications: Postgraduate degree or specialization courses in Hospital Pharmacy, Health Management, or related fields.
Previous experience in auditing or controlling OPMEs, medications, or materials in the healthcare sector.
Previous experience providing technical consulting or advisory support to technical committees in the healthcare sector, contributing to decisions related to the regulation of medications and materials.
