Role Overview
- Plan and coordinate the production of low
- to medium-complexity events from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to institutional policies and delivering with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity;
- Support the preparation of briefings together with the internal client, ensuring clarity of objectives, understanding of needs, and alignment of expectations for effective event planning and delivery;
- Manage supplier contracting following internal vendor approval and procurement guidelines, ensuring contracts are executed safely, aligned with market practices, and provide the best cost-benefit for Libbs;
- Ensure events are executed within the approved budget according to items defined in the briefing and approved by all stakeholders;
- Ensure compliance with requirements from ANVISA (Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency), the Legal department, and other internal regulatory areas through review and formalization of contracts with organizers and suppliers;
- Ensure contracted services are delivered by coordinating and supervising on-site setup, event execution, and teardown, handling unplanned situations and reporting them through corporate escalation channels;
- Manage, organize, and report event results such as budget, performance indicators, and incidents, contributing to the development of new processes and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Tourism, Events, Public Relations, or related fields;
- Previous experience in corporate event production, trade shows, and conferences;
- Experience in vendor contracting and management, event budgeting, and event operations.
