Lead Data Analyst – Data Operations

Role Overview

• Act as the primary contact for managing and resolving client inquiries, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Analyse client questions to uncover actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
• Participate in the execution of sampling workflow and quality assurance initiatives to enhance data accuracy and reliability.
• Design and develop intuitive Power BI dashboards to facilitate effective data visualization for stakeholders.
• Employ advanced SQL and Python skills for comprehensive data manipulation and analysis, driving product enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data initiatives align with organizational objectives, fostering a global mindset.
• Adapt to varying shifts as required, ensuring consistent and reliable support across diverse time zones.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with banking datasets and managing client inquiries.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
• Ability to work in varying shifts to accommodate global business needs.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing work conditions and priorities.
• Experience with Python for advanced data analysis and automation (preferred).
• Familiarity with Salesforce for client relationship management (preferred).
• Proficiency in Power BI for creating impactful data visualizations (preferred).
