Help develop and execute Warner Bros. Discovery’s employer branding strategy in the LATAM region, with a specific focus on our Mexico Capability Center, identifying and highlighting key differentiators that set the company, its culture, and practices apart from competitors
Effectively understand and clearly relay Warner Bros. Discovery’s values and mission both internally and externally to increase internal engagement and attract external talent
Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders (Talent Acquisition and the wider People & Culture team incl.Total Rewards, Wellbeing, L&D, Internal and Corporate Communications, as well as our individual brands and business units) to accomplish company and team priorities
Partner closely with various brand marketing teams to produce, coordinate and manage creative assets for the Warner Bros. Discovery career site(s), various social media channels, hiring campaigns, and more
Identify new opportunities to elevate the brand in region through research studies, lead competitor reviews, understand industry best practices and nurture partnerships
Lead content development for our WBD Mexico LinkedIn page, and help maintain social media editorial calendar by tracking upcoming and notable Mexico and broader LATAM-specific programming releases and events
Ensure we are optimizing our investments in employer branding platforms and tools
Contribute to ongoing process improvements and escalate issues, as necessary
Measure and report on success of posts, campaigns, internal initiatives, etc. to inform LATAM regional strategy and keep key stakeholders informed on progress.
Requirements
3-5 years experience in social media, branding and/or creative project management.
Employer branding or recruitment marketing experience preferred
Passion for storytelling: You understand the elements that go into creating cohesive and captivating stories that build brand reputation
Creative conceptualization: You can take broad concepts and translate them into effective, creative campaigns tailored to the LATAM region that resonate with relevant audiences.
Familiarity with graphic design a plus
Exceptional editorial skills: You can write both short
and long-form content and can deftly adapt your writing style to our brand voice
Project management: You enjoy taking on new projects, can effectively prioritize tasks, and exercise decisive judgment to execute them from start to finish in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Inclusive perspective: You’ve worked with global teams before and have familiarity with cultural nuances as they relate to recruiting and retaining talent
Relationship building: You’re a great teammate who can effectively partner and collaborate with various teams across different functions and in different regions. This role will be working closely with a team that is primarily based on the U.S. east coast and London, UK. In addition, you have a proven track record of building rapport with senior leaders.
Technical prowess and digital savvy: You have experience with the usual tools like MS Office, are familiar with various social media platforms, and can get up to speed on new systems and platforms with ease.
