Role Overview
- Lead architecture and design of scalable, secure, high‑availability software solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical strategies and executable roadmaps
- Drive hands‑on development of production‑grade code using modern engineering practices
- Mentor and coach engineers, setting standards for code quality and engineering excellence
- Partner with product, quality, and operations teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, compliance, and resiliency expectations
- Guide adoption of modern tools, frameworks, and cloud‑native patterns
- Review designs and code, proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities
- Support production systems through root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in one or more modern programming languages
- Demonstrated experience designing distributed, scalable software systems
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, data structures, and design patterns
- Experience leading technical teams or serving as a technical authority
- Expertise with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Solid understanding of secure coding practices and system reliability principles
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a skills‑based equivalent.
