Leads a team responsible for the strategic vision and roadmap for Personal Investor Crew Desktop
Incorporates market research and consumer trends to influence innovation, product direction, and cross-functional execution
Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew
Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions
Oversees digital product management activities for multiple digital products or one strategic product
Influences and collaborates with cross-functional teams to create best practices
Oversees digital product teams' support of messaging, communication, and customer outreach
Facilitates strong business support through working with team members
Drives connection across all appropriate internal and external stakeholders
Manages the entire product life cycle from strategy and planning through execution
Conducts market research and analyzes consumer trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in product management
At least 3 years in innovation strategy and execution
Supervisory experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Graduate degree preferred
Good to have skills in product lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, market research, innovation strategy, and customer experience improvement
Strong understanding of digital product ecosystems and ability to work with engineering, marketing, and operations teams
Experience with custom and desktop application product management is strongly preferred
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, team leadership, and time management skills
Preferred certifications include Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or Product Management certifications from Pragmatic Institute or AIPMM.
