Role Overview
- Partner with sales and other leadership to drive financial insight.
- Work with head of FP&A to develop and monitor P&L.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and accounting to streamline reporting on sales and commissions.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and reporting.
- Identify and actively support opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Financial/Accounting experience, preferably in Financial Planning and Analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset.
- Change Leadership potential.
- Advanced user of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
