About this role
Role Overview
- Contribute to the development and evolution of user-facing applications for multinational clients
- Help translate business requirements into intuitive, high-quality user interfaces
- Develop and enhance frontend applications based on SAP UI5
- Implement user interfaces that are intuitive and performant
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services via RESTful APIs
- Contribute to the modernization and continuous improvement of existing frontend code
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to implement end-to-end features
Requirements
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience with developing frontend applications and integrating them with backend services
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and frontend-backend interaction
- Solid understanding of Git for version control
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to work in a Linux or Unix-based environment (WSL)
- Basic scripting knowledge (e.g. Bash) is a plus
- Familiarity with SAP UI5 is a plus
- Strong understanding of UX principles and an eye for usable, intuitive user interfaces
- Strong willingness to learn, grow and take ownership
