Role Overview
- Act as the first point of contact for German-speaking customers
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently via phone and e-mail
- Engage customers with in-depth knowledge of SIXT's products
- Increase customer satisfaction through friendly service
- Identify and escalate complex cases when needed
- Contribute as an active team player
Requirements
- Native or near-native German speaker with fluent English
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent service
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday
