Role Overview
- Act as the first point of contact for German-speaking customers
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and e-mail
- Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through friendly service
- Identify and escalate complex cases when needed
- Contribute as an active team player and support administrative tasks
Requirements
- Native or near-native German speaker with fluent English skills
- A genuine passion for service excellence and helping customers
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role
- Solid knowledge of MS Office tools
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work on a rotating schedule Monday to Sunday
