20+ years of progressive consulting or senior advisory experience, with a significant portion spent leading large-scale technology transformation engagements at Fortune 1000 or equivalent organizations.
Proven track record of owning and growing C-Suite relationships in an advisory or consulting capacity—not just participating in them.
Deep, hands-on experience with at least two or more of the major enterprise transformation waves: ERP (SAP, Oracle), cloud migration, digital transformation, data/analytics modernization, or platform consolidation.
Demonstrable experience in Private Equity environments—either as an advisor to PE-portfolio companies during transformation programs or in an operating role within a PE-backed business.
Familiarity with the emerging agentic AI landscape—including enterprise AI agents, autonomous process orchestration, and the organizational implications of human-agent collaboration—sufficient to engage credibly with technically sophisticated clients and internal teams.
