Role Overview
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and develop performance metrics
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to design data models
- Lead proactive analyses to identify key trends
- Evaluate new features and recommend growth opportunities
- Build and maintain dashboards to present insights
- Write production-quality SQL and Python to create new data assets
- Drive the development of AI-enabled analytics and workflows
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience writing complex SQL
- Strong experience in advanced analytics in Python
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Experience with DBT or ETL environments
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience operating independently and driving analytical initiatives
