Role Overview
- Ensure maintenance process performance by driving continuous improvement initiatives, aiming to maximize asset reliability.
- Participate in the implementation of new functionalities, controls, and processes in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to improve maintenance process efficiency.
- Participate in the review of maintenance plans and updates to the maintenance management system.
- Support the review of maintenance procedures related to the quality management system.
- Participate in or perform critical analyses and develop reports and control statistics to assess asset performance and the maintenance process.
- Continuously analyze the accuracy and adherence of the preventive maintenance plan and propose operational actions to maximize execution performance.
- Participate in the planning of major maintenance shutdowns and lead their execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
- Active registration with CREA
- Knowledge of Lean methodology
