Role Overview
- Own Canva’s product and localization strategy in Indonesia
- Contribute to the product roadmap for Indonesia, including feature launches and market-specific capabilities
- Analyse user and subscription funnels to identify opportunities for growth
- Evaluate and adapt global messaging to resonate with Indonesian users
- Provide cultural insights to global teams
- Work closely with linguists and local partners to ensure clarity and cultural nuance
- Partner with the Indonesian Language Manager to develop language guides and localization best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product and localisation within a high-growth SaaS or product-led company
- Deep understanding of Indonesia’s digital ecosystem, cultural nuances, and consumer behaviour
- Strong analytical skills and ability to measure, interpret, and optimise funnel performance
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinker with ability to set direction and execute during projects
