Build, maintain, and continuously improve our Internal Developer Platform to streamline development and deployment.
Design and enhance platform components to ensure reliability, scalability, security, and ease of use.
Provision, monitor, and maintain infrastructure across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Automate infrastructure provisioning, testing, deployment, and configuration through CI/CD and scripting.
Collaborate with software engineers, operations, security, and platform teams to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.
Implement and maintain security best practices, including access management, encryption, and compliance.
Ensure monitoring and observability, providing teams with logs, metrics, and troubleshooting tools.
Create and maintain clear documentation for platform tools, processes, and standards.
Support incident resolution related to platform functionality.
Continuously explore new technologies and improvements to reduce technical debt and enhance the developer experience.

Experience or strong familiarity with building and maintaining Internal Developer Platform (IDP).
Min. 2 years of DevOps background (automation, CI/CD, reliability, tooling).
Hands‑on experience with at least one major cloud platform (preferably GCP).
Experience with containerization ( Docker ) and orchestration ( Kubernetes ).
Proficiency with Infrastructure‑as‑Code ( Terraform , Ansible ).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation .
Programming skills in at least one language (Python, Go, Java, C++, Bash, JavaScript, TypeScript).
Good knowledge of networking and Linux administration.
Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
English proficiency at min. B2 level.
Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and large language models (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance productivity, accelerate development, and solve complex problems.
Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply them responsibly within professional workflows.
