About this role

Develop and deliver dynamic and informative training for clients.
Conduct assessments to determine training needs.
Design comprehensive training solutions to meet client needs.
Align technologies and processes/workflows.
Design and develop training content for clients.
Deliver training, both in person and online.
Provide supervision and guidance on training project implementation to the Training Lead, SME, or Program Manager.

Strong background in training, organization development, or instructional design, preferably working for a consulting company.
Advanced knowledge of e-learning development and web conferencing tools.
Understanding of adult education theories, ADDIE model and related instructional design concepts.
Flexibility in work style.
Previous experience conducting assessments to identify skill gaps, training needs, cultural resistance, etc.
Experience designing custom training and organization development solutions.
Ability to deliver trainings in person and online.
Accountability for work and dedication to job excellence.
Expertise and professionalism to interact and develop relationships with any level of an organization.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Willingness to travel.
