Serves as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, actively listening across multiple channels and touchpoints.
Transforms customer and market insights into actionable product enhancements that improve user experience and drive adoption.
Uses qualitative and quantitative data to validate problem statements, prioritize opportunities, and measure outcomes.
Works closely with product, fraud risk management, analytics, engineering, vendor, and technology partners to solve complex real-time risk platform challenges.
Leverages industry trends, competitive insights, and technical knowledge to deliver differentiated, value-added solutions.
Drives product-line innovations that improve customer outcomes and business performance.
Clearly defines product requirements, grooms user stories, and partners closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements
Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a bachelor’s degree
Typically 8 years of experience in Product Management or related roles, with ownership of platform capabilities, service/API-driven products, decisioning software, or internal-facing technical products.
Proven experience leading complex product initiatives across cross-functional teams.
Strong customer-centric mindset with demonstrated ability to translate insights into shipped product value.
Demonstrated experience in design thinking and agile development process and methodology
Solid technical fluency and comfort working closely with engineering teams.
Experience operating in regulated environments or with strong risk and compliance considerations preferred.
