Support NPI programs from concept through product release and manufacturing transfer, working closely with Design, Test, Validation, Quality, Reliability, Applications, Marketing, and Operations teams. (25%)
Assist in defining Design for Testability (DfT) and Design for Manufacturability (DfM) requirements, and support development and optimisation of ATE test solutions. (35%)
Contribute to product characterisation, PVT correlation, datasheet validation, and statistically driven test limit definition. (30%)
Support wafer-level and bench characterisation activities, including data analysis across process, voltage, and temperature variations. (30%)
Assist in yield modelling, DOE planning, test time optimisation, and identification of yield improvement opportunities. (30%)
Support manufacturing quality monitoring, failure analysis, and root cause investigations for production and field returns. (10%)
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across test coverage, guard-banding, and cost reduction activities. (10%)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (Master’s preferred)
5–8 years’ experience in semiconductor product, test, or design engineering (relevant internships considered)
Familiarity with statistical analysis tools such as Excel or JMP
Foundational understanding of semiconductor physics and analog/mixed-signal IC principles
Exposure to DfT, DfM, and ATE methodologies advantageous
Awareness of ATE platforms (e.g., Advantest, Teradyne) and bench test equipment beneficial
Understanding of semiconductor qualification standards (JEDEC, HTOL, ESD, Latch-up) beneficial
Strong analytical mindset, structured problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills.
