Role Overview
- Support the Senior Director in executing the thought leader engagement strategy
- Develop, implement, and support thought leader engagement strategy within the region
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with HCPs
- Oversee regional speaker programs and ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Coordinate TL engagements at medical conferences
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for execution of regional initiatives
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience within the biopharmaceutical industry
- Minimum 1-2 years in marketing (MRP, Legal and Regulatory reviews) and Field experience (Sales Leadership, TLL, Account Management)
- Experience in oncology, gynecologic oncology, immunology, rare disease, or specialty preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong project management experience with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Expert in MRP process (from initiation to approvals)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to build strong partnerships and cross-functional collaborations
