Lead the development and implementation of the company’s long-term sales and service strategies aligned with the overall business vision.
Build a cohesive strategy to drive growth in Canadian and U.S. markets.
Oversee all aspects of the firm’s sales, including sales strategy and customer acquisition and market research.
Oversee all customer service and support aspects, including technical support, field service, warranty programs, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and distributors in the USA and Canada.
Lead the organization to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets for the sales and service functions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
8+ years of proven experience in a senior leadership role in sales, service and/or back-end operations in municipal business.
Demonstrated financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management (working closely with the CFO).
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, lead, and develop high performers.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and networking in global contexts.
