About this role

Teach veterinarians how to use IDEXX Analyzers
Troubleshoot technical issues with veterinary diagnostic tools
Plan and strategize customer visits as a Field Support Representative
Build relationships with customers and provide onsite technical support as needed
Install and train clinic staff on the best use of analyzers
Visit customers in the field every day

Experience as a Registered Veterinary Technologist (RVT) or equivalent is considered a strong asset
Minimum of three (3) years veterinary clinic experience with a training and/or leadership background strongly preferred
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers, management, and peers
Effective listening skills that are utilized to discover customer needs
Must be comfortable learning and using technology such as computers, tablets, and Smartphones
Computer networking experience is a plus
