Role Overview
- Drafting and supervising employment contracts and routine legal documents
- Drafting and managing documents related to terminations of employment
- Organizing employee representative elections
- Implementing company-level agreements
- Delivering internal training sessions
- Monitoring legislative, regulatory and case-law developments in employment law
Requirements
- Master's degree (equivalent to Bac+4/5) in Employment Law
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role
- Ideally gained in an accounting firm or a law firm
- Strong drafting skills, rigor and intellectual curiosity
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- English proficiency is a plus
