About this role
Role Overview
Oversight and leadership of the wing-to-wing feature development cycle including build, test, launch, and performance metrics
Partner with key stakeholders (Product Management, TechOps, Legal, Compliance, and Credit) to identify, develop and prioritize new product features and the pathway to market delivery
Prepare for and actively participate in PI planning events, ensuring features are groomed and the team has clear direction on priorities/objectives
Lead projects in Scaled Agile development methodologies
define story acceptance criteria, manage and prioritize the team backlog, collaborate with the Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, System Architects, developers and other subject matter experts and contribute to the overall team vision and roadmap
Work with system architect/engineering to understand Enabler work
Lead product demos and Inspect and Adapt activities
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with internal stakeholders, and ensure features are signed-off by Business and Legal/Compliance teams as required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree; high school diploma/GED and 6+ years of Project Management experience
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in Digital or Marketing disciplines
2+ years of experience as an Agile Product Owner or Scrum Master, in a Product Owner role
Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
